1. Who we are

This policy applies to the Android game Endless Color Sort (package com.faelangames.bottlesort), developed and published by Faelan Games Studio, an independent game developer based in the United Kingdom.

Faelan Games Studio is operated by Ana Filomena Sabino da Silva Fernandes in the United Kingdom.

2. Information stored by the game

Endless Color Sort does not require an account, registration or sign-in.

The game stores your gameplay progress and settings locally on your device, including the information it needs to remember your progress, the content you have unlocked, the customisation you have selected, the quantities of your powers, your Daily Challenge progress and your preferences.

Other information handled while you play, such as the puzzle currently on screen, exists only to run the game and is not kept as a lasting record about you.

Faelan Games Studio does not operate a server, backend or cloud-save service for this information and does not receive a server-side copy of your local save data.

3. Information we do not ask you to provide

Endless Color Sort does not ask you to provide your name, email address, postal address, telephone number, contacts, photographs or precise location.

The game does not use your device's location services, contacts, camera or microphone, and it has no feature for submitting user-generated content.

The game does not include user accounts, sign-in, social profiles, leaderboards or cloud saves.

The game does not include in-app purchases, subscriptions or any other billing.

4. Advertising

Endless Color Sort uses Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK to offer advertising.

The game shows only optional rewarded advertisements, and only when you choose to watch one. There are no advertisements on startup, no banner ads, no interstitial ads, no app-open ads and no advertisements shown automatically on a timer.

A rewarded advertisement is only requested after you deliberately choose an option that offers one, in exchange for an optional in-game benefit such as:

• refilling the Undo power;
• refilling the Extra Bottle power;
• refilling the Shuffle power;
• skipping a numbered level;
• multiplying a Foin reward; and
• repairing a broken streak.

Declining a rewarded advertisement only means the associated benefit is not granted. It does not block ordinary gameplay, and the game remains playable if advertising cannot be loaded at all.

The game does not use native ads, rewarded-interstitial ads or advertising mediation networks.

The app declares the Android advertising ID permission, which allows Google's advertising services to use an advertising identifier where one is available and its use is permitted by your privacy choices and by applicable law.

Advertising is provided by Google. Faelan Games Studio does not itself build a profile about you and does not receive a copy of the information described in this section.

To provide advertising, Google may collect or process information such as:

• an advertising identifier, where one is available and its use is permitted;
• your device's IP address;
• an approximate, general area derived from network or device information, where applicable;
• information about your device, such as device and operating-system characteristics;
• information about the app, such as the application identifier and version;
• information about interactions with the app and with advertisements;
• the advertising privacy choices recorded for your device; and
• diagnostic and technical information needed to deliver and measure advertising.

Google may use this information for purposes including advertising, ad measurement, frequency management, analytics and the prevention of fraud and abuse.

This information is processed by Google under Google's own privacy terms, and is separate from the local game data described in section 2, which stays on your device.

5. Personalised advertising and consent

Endless Color Sort uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to manage advertising privacy choices where required.

When the game starts, it asks Google's consent service for the current privacy requirements that apply to your device, and it does not request advertising until that check indicates advertising may be requested.

Depending on your location and applicable privacy requirements, you may be asked whether you consent to certain uses of information for advertising, including personalised advertising. Not everyone will see the same message, and in some regions no message is shown at all.

Where consent is required, personalised advertising will only be requested in accordance with the privacy choices available through Google's consent system. The choices themselves are presented and recorded by Google's consent interface rather than by us.

The options available may differ depending on your location and applicable law.

If advertising or the consent service cannot be reached, the game remains playable.

6. Our legal bases

Where UK or European data protection law applies, personal information must be processed using an appropriate legal basis.

Where consent is legally required for advertising personalisation or related storage or access on your device, we rely on your consent.

Certain limited processing may also be necessary for purposes such as providing advertising services, maintaining security, measuring whether advertising functions correctly and preventing fraud, where permitted by applicable law.

7. Analytics and crash reporting

Faelan Games Studio does not use a separate analytics service such as Firebase Analytics or Google Analytics in Endless Color Sort, and the game does not send us gameplay telemetry.

Faelan Games Studio also does not use a separate third-party crash-reporting service such as Crashlytics or Sentry.

Google Mobile Ads may still process diagnostic and interaction information as part of its advertising services, as described above.

8. Internet connection

The puzzles in Endless Color Sort can be played without an internet connection.

Internet access and information about the device's network status are used for advertising and the associated privacy and consent services.

If advertising cannot be loaded because your device is offline, normal gameplay remains available.

9. Data sharing

Faelan Games Studio does not operate a server that receives your local game progress.

Information described in the advertising section may be transmitted to and processed by Google through Google Mobile Ads and Google UMP, and by Google's advertising partners in accordance with Google's own privacy information.

We do not sell personal information directly for monetary payment.

10. International processing

Google is an international service provider and may process information in countries other than the country where you live.

11. How long information is kept

Your game progress and settings are stored locally on your device for as long as the game data remains present.

Faelan Games Studio does not retain a server-side copy of this local data.

Local app data can generally be removed through your Android app-data controls or by uninstalling the game. Device or operating-system backup and restore features may affect whether some information can later be restored.

Information processed by Google is retained according to Google's own retention practices and privacy policy.

12. Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on where you live, privacy law may give you rights relating to personal information, including rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to certain processing.

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent without affecting processing that lawfully took place before it was withdrawn.

Android also provides controls that allow you to reset or delete your advertising identifier through your device's privacy settings.

Because Faelan Games Studio does not maintain user accounts or a server-side copy of your game progress, we normally cannot identify or retrieve your local game save from our systems. There is no in-game account to delete.

Depending on where you live and whether the relevant law applies to Faelan Games Studio, you may have rights to know about personal information processed about you, request deletion or correction, and opt out of certain uses or sharing of personal information for advertising.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right that applies to you.

15. Children

Endless Color Sort is intended for a general audience and is not designed or directed specifically at children.

The game does not include an age-verification step, and it does not ask players to provide a name, email address or account information.

Advertising configuration and store audience settings will be maintained in accordance with the audience for which the game is released.

16. Changes to this policy

This policy describes the current version of Endless Color Sort. Features and third-party services may change in future updates.

If we introduce a new service or materially change how personal information is used, we will update this policy before or when that change takes effect and, where required, request new consent.
