Endless Arrows is developed and published by Faelan Games Studio, an independent game developer based in the United Kingdom.

2. Information stored by the game

Endless Arrows does not require an account, registration or sign-in.

The game stores gameplay information locally on your device so that your progress and preferences can be remembered.

This local information may include:

• level progress;
• scores and stars;
• current attempt information;
• Daily Challenge and streak progress;
• settings such as music, sound, vibration, reduced motion, language, theme and visual preferences;
• the installed app version; and
• the time at which the game was last saved.

Faelan Games Studio does not operate a server or cloud-save service for this information and does not receive a copy of this gameplay save data.

3. Information we do not ask you to provide

Endless Arrows does not ask you to provide your name, email address, telephone number, contacts, photographs or precise location.

The game does not include user accounts, social profiles, leaderboards or cloud saves.

4. Advertising

Endless Arrows uses Google AdMob to display advertising.

The game may display:

• interstitial advertisements at certain points during normal gameplay; and
• optional rewarded advertisements that you may choose to watch in exchange for an in-game benefit.

The game does not currently use banner ads, app-open ads or advertising mediation networks.

The Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect or process information such as:

• your device's IP address;
• advertising or app-related device identifiers;
• information about interactions with the app and advertisements;
• information about app and SDK performance; and
• limited device and application information required to provide advertising services.

Google may use this information for purposes including advertising, ad measurement, frequency management, analytics and the prevention of fraud and abuse.

5. Personalised advertising and consent

Endless Arrows uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to manage advertising privacy choices where required.

Depending on your location and applicable privacy requirements, you may be asked whether you consent to certain uses of information for advertising, including personalised advertising.

Where consent is required, personalised advertising will only be requested in accordance with the privacy choices available through Google's consent system.

You can review or change available advertising privacy choices from:

The options available may differ depending on your location and applicable law.

6. Our legal bases

Where UK or European data protection law applies, personal information must be processed using an appropriate legal basis.

Where consent is legally required for advertising personalisation or related storage or access on your device, we rely on your consent.

Certain limited processing may also be necessary for purposes such as providing advertising services, maintaining security, measuring whether advertising functions correctly and preventing fraud, where permitted by applicable law.

Google also processes information under its own legal bases as explained in Google's privacy information.

7. Analytics and crash reporting

Faelan Games Studio does not currently use a separate analytics service such as Unity Analytics or Google Analytics in Endless Arrows.

Faelan Games Studio also does not currently use a separate third-party crash-reporting service such as Crashlytics or Sentry.

Google Mobile Ads may still process diagnostic and interaction information as part of its advertising services, as described above.

8. Internet connection

An internet connection is not required to play Endless Arrows.

The game itself can be played offline. Internet access is currently used for advertising and the associated privacy and consent services.

If advertising cannot be loaded because your device is offline, normal gameplay remains available.

9. Data sharing

Faelan Games Studio does not operate a server that receives your local game progress.

Information described in the advertising section may be transmitted to and processed by Google through Google Mobile Ads and Google UMP.

We do not sell personal information directly for monetary payment.

10. International processing

Google is an international service provider and may process information in countries other than the country where you live.

11. How long information is kept

Your game progress and settings are stored locally on your device while the game data remains present.

Faelan Games Studio does not retain a server-side copy of this local gameplay data.

Removing the app or clearing its app data will normally remove locally stored game information. Device or operating-system backup and restore features may affect whether some information can later be restored.

Information processed by Google is retained according to Google's own retention practices and privacy policy.

12. Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on where you live, privacy law may give you rights relating to personal information, including rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to certain processing.

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent without affecting processing that lawfully took place before it was withdrawn.

Android also provides controls that allow you to reset or delete your advertising identifier through your device's privacy settings.

Because Faelan Games Studio does not maintain user accounts or a server-side copy of your game progress, we normally cannot identify or retrieve your local game save from our systems.

13. UK and European users

If you are in the United Kingdom or another location where UK or European data protection law applies, you may have additional rights concerning the processing of your personal information.

Depending on where you live and whether the relevant law applies to Faelan Games Studio, you may have rights to know about personal information processed about you, request deletion or correction, and opt out of certain uses or sharing of personal information for advertising.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right that applies to you.

15. Children

Endless Arrows is intended for a general audience and is not designed or directed specifically at children.

The game does not ask players to provide a name, email address or account information.

Advertising configuration and store audience settings will be maintained in accordance with the audience for which the game is released.

16. Changes to this policy

Endless Arrows is still in development. Features and third-party services may change before or after release.

If we introduce a new service or materially change how personal information is used, we will update this policy before or when that change takes effect and, where required, request new consent.
